Crown Parts & Machine Unveils New Brand

I am pleased to announce the new brand, now in use for Crown Parts & Machine, Inc. We launched this new brand with our sister companies today. I have attached a copy of the press release to this memo for your reference. This rebranding effort is an outward reflection of the unified company we have become since joining H-E Parts. The group of independent companies, together, comprise one of the largest and diverse suppliers of parts and components serving the mining and construction industries.

Since 2006 H-E Parts International has successfully combined a portfolio of strategic companies to offer unmatched quality and value to its customers.
